Classification of electric forklift:
According to the carrying capacity and the environment of action, it can be divided into the following six kinds:
Electric Pallet Truck:have a load capacity of 1.6-3.0 tons, with standard aisle widths of 2.3-2.8 meters and fork lifting heights around 210mm. These versatile machines are primarily used for horizontal material handling and cargo loading/unloading in warehouses. Available in three operational modes—walking, standing, and seated—they can be selected based on specific efficiency requirements.
Electric Pallet Stacker Forklift:Electric pallet stacker forklifts are categorized into two types: fully electric and semi-electric. As the names suggest, fully electric models feature automated driving and lifting systems that reduce physical strain. Semi-electric versions require manual operation through pushing or pulling, while maintaining electric lifting capabilities. These forklifts typically have a load capacity of 1.0-2.5 tons and operate within aisle widths of 2.3-2.8 meters. Structurally, they incorporate an additional mast compared to standard electric pallet handling forklifts. The cargo fork lifting height is generally limited to 4.8 meters, making them ideal for warehouse operations such as goods stacking and material handling.
Reach Forklift:with carrying capacity of 1.0 ~ 2.5 tons, the mast can be moved forward or retracted as a whole. When retracted, the working channel width is generally 2.7 ~ 3.2 meters, and the lifting height can reach about 11 meters. It is often used for medium height stacking and picking operations in warehouses.
Electric Order Piker:In certain scenarios, goods do not require full pallet loading. Instead, they are selected in multiple varieties to form a single pallet, a process known as picking. Based on the height of goods being picked, electric pallet trucks are classified into low-position models (up to 2.5 meters) and medium-high position models (up to 10 meters). Their load capacities range from 2.0-2.5 tons for low-position models and 1.0-1.2 tons for medium-high position models with cab lifting capabilities.
Low-position Driving Three-way stacker forklift:are typically equipped with a three-directional stacking head. These forklifts require no steering mechanism, as the forks can rotate to achieve cargo stacking and retrieval on both sides. With a channel width of 1.5-2.0 meters and a lifting height up to 12 meters, their cab remains grounded at all times. Due to limited operational visibility, they are primarily used in scenarios where lifting heights are below 6 meters.
High-position Driving Three-Way Stacker Forklift:Similar to low-position driving models, high-position three-way stacker forklifts are equipped with a three-way stacking head, featuring a aisle width of 1.5-2.0 meters and a lifting height of up to 14.5 meters. Their elevating cabs allow drivers to clearly observe goods at any height while performing picking operations. These forklifts outperform low-position counterparts in both efficiency and various operational aspects, making them the preferred choice as they gradually replace traditional low-position models.

Performance characteristics of electric forklift
1.The electric forklift features rubber/polyurethane wheels with specialized manufacturing processes for drive, load-bearing, and balance wheels, significantly extending service life. Its ultra-compact design enables easy maneuvering in tight spaces, while high-speed operation and robust load capacity greatly enhance efficiency. 2.Multi-function handle: The operator can start the vehicle through the electronic lock. It is easy to control the driving speed. If you need to accelerate, just turn the acceleration switch on the handle. The larger the rotation, the faster the speed.
3.Delay acceleration function: if the operator accelerates and keeps rotating to the maximum speed, the machine's unique function will be automatically opened, and there will be 3-8 seconds from low speed to high speed, so as to prevent the injury caused by too fast acceleration.
4.Breaking brake function: the handle is a brake when standing up, and it works when the handle is pressed down during operation. It is also a brake when pressed to the bottom. When going uphill or downhill, the operator can also brake on the slope to prevent the car from sliding down the slope freely and reduce accidents.
5.Five support points structure: the unique structure can bring higher stability of the vehicle, especially on slippery ground or slope, and play its role.
6.Drive wheel shock absorber system: The pressure of the drive wheel changes with the load weight. The shock absorber system of this machine will automatically reduce the shock according to the weight of the goods, especially when the ground is uneven, and plays a special role. It can adjust the driving and stability performance of the vehicle itself.
7.Battery, battery indicator: convenient to know how much the battery is stored, and automatic alarm when the battery is insufficient.
